CORE
DRILLING
Sometimes called Coring, drilling into concrete takes longer than other forms of concrete cutting. Using diamond-tipped coring bits, most holes are drilled at 2” to 12” in diameter, and can go as wide as 32” for larger projects. Coring depth is also variable and removing the concrete core safely is a part of the process of proper coring. Be sure to have the concrete radared (GPR) if you have a high rise or suspect post tension cabling in the slab. All of our concrete cutting trucks carry the basic coring bits on board and can handle standard hole sizes.
